The Sovereign Program · Phase 04

Integration.

A hundred contracts, flying in formation.

04 The challenge

The Supplier Network Is the Program

A completed aircraft is a network of suppliers: cabin management, connectivity, galleys, furniture, entertainment, lighting. Each arrives with its own contract, its own schedule, and its own interpretation of the specification, and each interface between them is a place where programs slip.

Integration is where completion schedules are won or lost. Holding the network to one program requires presence, technical fluency, and the authority of the owner's mandate.
